The Fabulous Polkasonics play old-time, Polish-American music and more. The melodies and rhythms are rooted in the old country village music of the heart of Europe: obereks, mazurka, waltzes, krakowiak (polka). It's a lively sound, for dancers and listeners alike and features a variety of duets and trios with clarinet,tenor and soprano sax, Chemnitzer concertina, button accordion and trumpet with drums.
